Not only does this create income stability for the farmers, but it provides consistent nutrition at a more affordable price to those in need. Aspire has already launched in Mexico and is planning on launching a program in Kenya. I learned a lot about myself and how I deal with being out of my comfort zone. I learned both soft and hard skills, from how to work in very diverse teams to key accounting metrics and strategy. I was surprised by how weak I was at certain tasks in English or how strong I actually was in other areas. Hult gave me opportunities to try new things and meet people from places I never thought I would have friends. . My internship experiences gave me the chance to broaden my view of different cultures and different companies. I had the opportunity to work and live with people whose values differed from people in my home country. I thought that this would be difficult, but it gave me the chance to reflect on my own values and assess if they were a result of my home country environment or if they were intrinsically mine. . It taught me a lot about how I see people, how people see me, and how conflict can be resolved in a kind and productive way. The best feedback you get, when delivered constructively, is the most critical because it really feeds into how you lead. I’ve completely reversed my leadership style—the result is so much richer and more powerful when you lead from behind and lead with strength. . Studying in tandem with working, whilst challenging, gave me the perfect platform to directly apply learning concepts into my business environment, the competitive landscape, and the real-estate industry as a whole. When I started the program, I was very happy in my corporate role. But my courage and aspirations grew to the point that I took on a whole new direction. Having my career coach, Joanna, as a sounding board allowed me to really be strategic and get to know myself. She coached me thro ugh all the interviews, the research, and the questions. It went in parallel with what I was doing academically and after six months everything just clicked. . I went into the EMBA knowing I had nothing to lose and I’ve come out with everything. Great strength, global friends, amazing learning, mentors from professors, a job I love, and the knowledge that I can set my mind to achieve anything and with the right support and resources I’ll get there.† . I knew that I’d have likely stayed in my neighborhood for years to come if I didn’t take this opportunity. I’d not lived or studied outside of the U.S. before. So I left my job as a global strategist at an advertising agency and moved halfway around the world. I’ve come back a more culturally aware, well-versed person. I’ve realized that everything is a learning experience and an opportunity for growth. Ill definitely carry this mindset with me into the future. Technology and social media allow us to be different people in several places at once. Im excited to see how I can establish myself in whatever city Ill be lucky enough to call home and still maintain deep connections with people all over the world. I’m inspired by my classmates every day. Hearing some of their life stories and how getting this degree fits into their greater mission has been very humbling. My biggest challenge has been finding the ‘right’ path for me. There have been rooms Ive felt like I shouldnt be in, but now Im proud to feel as though I truly belong, wherever I am.† . Unit VI Analyze The Running Case Essay - 275 Words

Unit VI Analyze The Running Case (Essay Sample) Content: Unit Vi Analyze The Running CaseNameInstitutionIntroductionTraining of employees in various aspects that influence performance is noble in any institution that aspires to deliver holistic services to clients. It helps in facilitating skill development, health improvement and empowerment of individuals with the aim of ensuring quality service delivery. It ensures that employees are endowed with modern ways of operations and pertinent incentives that drives comprehensive performance. According to Richard, Emener Hutchison (2009), organizations can train employees on various aspects that include ways on how to handle customers, customer care protocols, production chain management, communication approaches, recreational, wellness systems and marketing techniques. Training on such aspects enables companies to focus their synergies in providing competitive services at the right time. This paper explores the best way of managing training program at Manage Your Health Compan y (MYH) that is expected to be rolled out. The training programs the institution seeks to adopt is to improve employee performance by ensuring their health and physical wellbeing. In particular, the company that has over 20,000 full time employees and 5,000 part time employees is set to offer training on recreation and wellness. The program is to be facilitated by experienced trainers with the capacity of ensuring holistic development. 1As noted, MYH is set to roll out a recreation and wellness training program that aims at equipping employees with requisite incentives for health development. The training is to be executed to boost health conditions of the staff and in turn engage in quality service delivery. Improving employee health requires effective and timely enlightening on dietary matters, awareness creation on healthy foodstuffs, and education on balanced diet among others (Richard, Emener Hutchison, 2009). On the other hand, keeping fit calls for favorable fitness training and systematic workout by the employees. These aspects require a well versed training team and management for best results to be attained. To achieve the objectives, the institution contemplates outsourcing the management of the training process to facilitate the program based on the scope of work to be executed. However, the proposal to outsource trainers is deemed unnecessary and wasteful given that MYH Company has a well-established internal training team/department that has over the years conducted various training programs successfully. The internal training department has the capacity to conduct the program that requires intense instructor led process. Actually, the internal department holds the requisite reputation to handle all the activities involved in the training program (Richard, Emener Hutchison, 2009). The activities include the execution of intense training led sessions, development of training videos that website users can view effectively from the companys intran et and development of clear training manual. Others include, development of a vibrant incentive based program for health improvement and use of the program, creation of surveys to assess the process of training, development of monthly presentations including that of the completed work. Based on the review of the institutions capacity, there is no need to hire external bodies in the implementation of the program because MYH has the requisite capacity of ensuring holistic development of employees on health matters. The use of internal trainers will help the institution in saving cost of operation, facilitation of effective understanding, quick service delivery, and rationalization of services. Therefore, it is highly prudent for the company to embark on internal trainingIIAssessmentWeightProposal 1Proposal 2Proposal 3Managerial approach15%90%= 40%95% = 35%90% = 35%Technical, approach15%80% = 35%90% = 20%80% = 20%Past performance20%70% = 20%80% = 10%65% = 15%Pri ce20%Interview results35%50% = 15%60% = 20%Total100%95%75%90%From the findings, it is evident the proposals presented are bound to be achieved in respect to the assessment approaches.
